Frequently asked questions
- No lock-in contracts. All care plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice — no penalties, no hard sell.
- Support hours cover any hands-on work you request — content updates, small design tweaks, troubleshooting, plugin configuration, and more. Hours are tracked and reported monthly. Unused hours do not roll over.
- Additional hours are billed at our standard hourly rate of $150 + GST. We'll always let you know before we exceed your included hours so there are no surprise invoices.
- Foundation and Accelerate plan backups are stored on a secure secondary server. Partner plan backups are stored offsite in a geographically separate cloud environment for maximum redundancy.
- Yes — you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated for the remainder of the month). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- No. We can take over care for any existing WordPress website, regardless of who built it. We'll conduct an initial audit to understand the setup before your plan starts.
